West Road Tours for 3rd Graders and Their Families
Come take a tour of West Road School this summer.  The PTA is sponsoring tours for 3rd graders and their families.  5th graders will serve as tour guides.  They will show you your homeroom, library, art room, music room, and gym.  They will talk to you about what it's like to be a student at West and answer any questions you may have. 

The 2008 summer tours will take place on

Monday, August 18 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM

Tuesday, August 26 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM

Traver Road 75th Birthday
This year is Traver Road School 's 75th Anniversary.  In honor of this historical occasion, the Pleasant Valley PTA board would like to host a community celebration and dedication event.  An 'Old Fashioned Fun' evening is scheduled for Friday, September 26 from 5:30 - 8 PM.

Want to help make Traver's 75th anniversary the best it can be?  Right now we're in the planning stages.  Contact Wendy Sbrollini at 635-5011 or jwsbro@gmail.com.  You'll feel so good being a part of this memorable event! 

Submit Your Recipes

 To offset the cost of this event, the PVPTA is collecting recipes to create a cookbook entitled, "Tastefully Traver".  We encourage our students, parents, teachers and community members to submit their favorite recipes and be a part of Traver history.  Stay tuned to see how to submit your recipes over the summer.
